Kids stay free! Children 18 years old and younger stay free when using existing bedding.
Rollaway/extra beds are not available.
Cribs (infant beds) are not available.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Additional charge: $22.50 for 3rd person, $22.50 for 4th person.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.

Your credit card will be authorized $100.00 for incidentals at check-in. This authorization will be released at check-out and may take at least seven (7) business days to clear from your account, depending on the terms of your bank or financial institution.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.
Self-parking fee: USD 22.50 per night (includes in/out priviledges).

Our property has a policy of No Smoking (Including Vaping) and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $250.00 fee and will be subject to removal from the hotel. No hotel refunds will be issued.
