Our hotel strives to be as transparent as possible with our guests. We value our guest’s needs and concerns over all else. Before booking your stay, read these frequently asked questions to learn more about how we operate, nearby modes of transportation, and policies unique to our property. 

How Do I Check-in?

After making your reservation, download our app. You will be notified when you can check in using your phone and you will get your digital key delivered directly to your phone which allows you to go straight to your room. At this point, your phone will now act as your room key and you can use it to access the hotel throughout your entire stay.

How Do I Check-out?

Open our app and follow the prompts after selecting “Check-Out”. You will be navigated through the standard check-out procedures from here.

What Do I Do If I Have Questions/Concerns About My Room?

Our hotel app offers around-the-clock service from our on-site hotel staff and local area experts. Message the staff through the app for any and all inquiries that you may have.

What Modes of Transportation Are Near Your Hotel?

Guests can travel to and from the hotel by car, bus, ferry or subway to get to nearby restaurants and local attractions.
