Contactless Check-In
Are you new to contactless check-in hotels? No need to worry! Our team at The Lodge Red Hook is here to ensure that your arrival runs as smoothly as possible. To learn how to navigate our contactless check-in process, check out the steps provided below.
Step 1:
Following your arrival, bring up your reservation confirmation email or text on your mobile device. Using the prompted message, download our hotel app to get started.
Step 2:
Once the app is downloaded, head over to one of our two lobby kiosks and fill out the required check-in information.
Step 3:
Complete your check-in via our lobby kiosk. Your phone will act as your room key from this point on which you can use to access your room and other areas of the hotel throughout your entire stay.
Step 4:
Head up to your newly renovated guest room and settle in! Continuous guest services are available 24-hours a day via the hotel’s personalized app. Simply contact the hotel attendant at any point for contactless service to any and all questions or concerns you may have.
